Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days and shipped using an available standard delivery service. Delivery times below are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier handling, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• United States, Canada, and Mexico: approximately 7–20 business days
• United Kingdom: approximately 3–10 business days
• Other European destinations: approximately 7–15 business days
• Hong Kong: approximately 3–7 business days
• Other Asia-Pacific destinations: including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, and other supported regions—approximately 7–14 business days
• Middle Eastern destinations: approximately 7–14 business days
• Brazil: approximately 7–19 business days
• Colombia: approximately 12–20 business days
• Other supported South American destinations: approximately 10–25 business days
• Selected African destinations: approximately 10–25 business days
• Large furniture and oversized items: approximately 15–35 business days, depending on size, weight, shipping method, and customs clearance

Pre-order items are fulfilled after the official release and once stock becomes available. The estimated release or shipping date is not a guaranteed delivery date.

2. Shipping Fees

• United States: standard shipping is $9.99 USD for orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold.
• Europe: standard shipping is €9.99 EUR for orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold.
• Other destinations: shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, product type, and available carrier service.
• Free shipping: eligible orders of $99 USD or the equivalent local-currency value may qualify for free shipping. The final threshold and fee are confirmed at checkout.

Oversized, unusually heavy, fragile, or restricted products may have different shipping conditions or may not qualify for standard free shipping.

3. Delivery Scope

Ri-son currently ships to the following destinations through the active shipping zones shown at checkout:

North America

United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Europe and nearby destinations

United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Asia-Pacific

Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Middle East

Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

South America

Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay.

Africa

South Africa and Seychelles.

Other destinations may be available through a different fulfillment profile or may appear at checkout depending on the product, delivery address, carrier availability, package size, local import restrictions, and applicable customs regulations. The availability of a country at checkout does not guarantee that every product can be shipped there.

4. Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Europe, and other supported destinations outside South America, the price shown at checkout generally includes applicable duties, taxes, and standard customs-related charges. The checkout total is intended to represent the total amount payable for the order.

For South American destinations, including Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay, additional import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other local fees may be assessed by the destination country and may not be included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by local authorities and may be payable by the buyer.

Customers should always review the final checkout information and any local customs requirements before completing an order. If a product-specific or destination-specific exception applies, it will be shown at checkout or communicated before shipment.

5. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, tracking information will be available through the Track My Order section of our website. Please allow time for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

6. Address Verification and Forwarding Addresses

We generally do not ship to freight forwarders, forwarding warehouses, third-party logistics facilities, or other third-party receiving addresses. We may request additional address or order verification before shipment and may cancel and refund an order if safe, reliable, or legally compliant delivery cannot be arranged.

7. Collectible Products and Confirmed Versions

Collectible toys, blind boxes, limited releases, and confirmed-version products may have product-specific packaging or condition information. Please read the relevant product description carefully before ordering. If you require a sealed version or are purchasing a product as a gift, please contact us before shipment so we can confirm what is available.
