EU Right of Withdrawal Policy

This EU Right of Withdrawal Policy applies only to consumers located in the European Union who purchase products from our online store for personal, non-commercial use.

1. Applicable Countries

This policy applies to customers located in the following European Union member states:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

This policy does not automatically apply to customers located outside the European Union, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

2. Right of Withdrawal Period

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

For physical goods, the withdrawal period starts from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit your withdrawal request within the 14-day period through our withdrawal / return request portal or by contacting us at contactus@ri-son.com.

3. Return Deadline

After submitting a valid withdrawal request, you must send the goods back to us within 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The return package must be shipped using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for keeping the return tracking number and proof of shipment.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in a resalable condition.

All original packaging, product tags, accessories, manuals, authenticity cards, boxes, protective materials, and free gifts included with the order must be returned together with the product.

For collectible items, blind boxes, limited-edition items, and sealed products, the original packaging should remain intact where possible. If the product, box, seal, tag, card, accessory, or packaging is missing, damaged, opened, used, or otherwise no longer in its original resale condition, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value.

Customers may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to confirm the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Any handling beyond this may result in a deduction from the refund.

5. Return Shipping Cost

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly sent by us, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including postage, packaging, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and any other return-related costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for EU withdrawal returns unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us.

If the return is caused by our error, such as sending the wrong item, or if the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us with clear photos or videos within a reasonable time so that we can review the case.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the eligible refund using the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will cover the eligible product price and, where required by applicable EU law, the standard outbound delivery cost. Any additional delivery cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.

7. Exclusions and Non-Eligible Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are excluded under applicable EU consumer law, including but not limited to:

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;

  • Perishable goods or goods that may expire rapidly;

  • Digital content or digital services where performance has begun with the customer’s prior consent and acknowledgment, where applicable;

  • Any other items excluded under applicable EU or local consumer law.

Please note that this policy does not limit your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

8. How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

  • Email address used for the order;

  • Product name;

  • Delivery date;

  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation by email and provide the return instructions.

9. Important Notes

Please do not return any item without first submitting a withdrawal request and receiving our return instructions.

Returned goods must be sent to the return address provided by us. We are not responsible for returns sent to an incorrect address or returns lost in transit.
