Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Ri-son currently sells products as one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscription plans, recurring billing, monthly service fees, or automatic renewal purchase options.

Each order placed on our website is processed as an individual order. Customers are not charged again unless they place a new order.

  1. Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, you may submit a cancellation request through our return/cancellation request portal or by contacting us at contactus@ri-son.com.

To increase the chance of successful cancellation, we strongly recommend submitting your cancellation request within 1 hour after placing the order, as orders may begin processing shortly after payment is confirmed.

Once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, the order may need to be handled as a return request after delivery, according to our Return, Refund & EU Right of Withdrawal Policy.

  1. Pre-Order or Special-Order Items

Some limited-edition collectibles, designer toys, blind boxes, confirmed-version products, or special releases may be sold as pre-order or special-order items.

Pre-order or special-order items may be cancelled before fulfillment unless the product page clearly states a different cancellation condition.

Once a pre-order or special-order item has been fulfilled, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

  1. Collectible Items and Blind Boxes

For collectible items, blind boxes, limited-edition figures, confirmed-version products, and special releases, customers should carefully read the product description before placing an order.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, an order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded only because the customer did not receive a preferred character, color, style, version, or hidden/secret figure, unless the product page clearly guaranteed a specific version.

  1. EU Customers

Nothing in this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Customers located in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days after receiving the final item in their order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules.
