Ri-son allows customers to sign in using Facebook Login for a faster and more convenient customer account experience.

When you use Facebook Login, we may receive limited account information from Facebook, such as your email address and basic profile information, depending on the permissions you approve. This information is used only to help create or access your Ri-son customer account.

If you would like to request deletion of the data associated with your Facebook Login, please contact us at:

Facebook Data Deletion Request

In your request, please include:

• Your full name;
• The email address used for your Ri-son customer account;
• The email address associated with your Facebook account, if different;
• A clear statement that you would like us to delete the data associated with your Facebook Login.

After receiving your request, we will verify the information and delete or anonymize the relevant personal data associated with your Facebook Login, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, tax, fraud prevention, order fulfillment, or regulatory purposes.

Once the deletion request has been processed, we will send you a confirmation by email.

You may also manage or remove Ri-son’s access to your Facebook account directly from your Facebook account settings under Apps and Websites.
