I. Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Timeliness：
Under normal circumstances, all pet supplies orders will be processed within 2 - 3 business days and shipped via standard delivery methods, which usually takes 7 - 15 business days.However, due to increased order volume, for orders placed after January 20th, 2025, please expect a 21 - day processing time and an additional 10 - 15 days for shipping.
2. Shipping Fees：
Contiguous USA and Canada：
Orders with a total amount exceeding $99 are eligible for free shipping.
For orders with an amount less than $99, a shipping fee of $8.99 will be charged.
Alaska or Hawaii：
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not eligible for free shipping.
For orders between $1.00 and $250.00, the shipping fee is $99.00.
For orders between $251.00 and $350.00, the shipping fee is $199.00.
For orders between $401.00 and $500.00, the shipping fee is $299.00.
For orders between $501.00 and $600.00, the shipping fee is $399.00.
For orders of $601.00 or more, the shipping fee is $499.00.
3. Delivery Scope：Our website's delivery scope covers the entire United States, excluding some special regions. Shipping is also available to Canada, but note the different shipping fee rules for different regions as mentioned above.
4. Order Tracking：After the order is shipped, customers can easily track the logistics information in the "Track My Order" section on our website, so as to keep abreast of the arrival time of the new items purchased for their pets.

Notice:Regarding the shipping policy for CONFIRMED VERSIONS of collectible toys (such as blind boxes, etc.): Due to the large volume of orders, we generally ship these items randomly. For items priced under 50 USD, we typically send open-box confirmed versions (with either the top or bottom of the box opened, without restriction). For items priced at 50 USD or above, we prioritize shipping bottom-opened confirmed versions first, followed by fully-sealed confirmed versions, and lastly top-opened confirmed versions. If customers do not email us before shipping to request a "sealed version" or inform us that the item is intended as a gift, we will ship in the aforementioned random order corresponding to the item’s price range.
